Shipping costs

Orders of $59 or more ship free within the United States. Orders under $59 have a flat $12 standard shipping fee. You see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay, and there are no hidden handling fees.

Processing and delivery

After your payment is verified, we process your order within 1–2 business days. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. All orders ship from the US.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Delivery problems

We can’t be responsible for an order that can’t be delivered because of:

• An incorrect, incomplete or unavailable shipping address
• An invalid or unavailable phone number
• An address outside the carrier’s delivery area

If something looks wrong with your delivery, email [email protected] and we’ll help you sort it out with the carrier.
