1. 7-day free returns & exchanges

Changed your mind? Within 7 days of delivery you can return unopened, unused items in their original packaging for a refund or an exchange. We send you a prepaid return label, so the return costs you nothing. There is no restocking fee.

2. Returns after 7 days

From day 8 to day 30 after delivery we still accept unopened, unused items in their original packaging. In this case you pay the return shipping, and that cost isn’t refunded.

3. Opened items

If a box has been opened, send us a photo first. If the items can still be used normally we can accept the return, but we may deduct a charge for the loss in value.

4. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a video. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you won’t pay any shipping.

5. 365-day product guarantee

If an item fails because of a manufacturing defect within 365 days of delivery, email us your order number and photos and we’ll replace it or refund it. The guarantee doesn’t cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repair or normal wear.

6. How to return an item

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and a clear photo of the item and its packaging.
2. We confirm the return and email you the return address, plus a prepaid label when the return is free.
3. Pack the item with all its accessories, attach the label and ship it to the address we sent you.

7. Refund timing

We refund to your original payment method once your return arrives and has been checked. PayPal refunds usually appear within 24 hours. Card refunds take 7–14 business days to appear, depending on your card company.

Note: Our prices change with our costs. We don’t refund price differences after you buy.
